Tawhai School

Lynley Poole, aided by a lot of Santa’s wonderful helpers, teachers, students and parents, put together a fabulous float for this years Stokes Valley Christmas Parade, depicting Winter Wonderland. With a good turn out of Students representing all year levels abroad the truck, along with several teachers and parents, the truck made it’s way slowly down Stokes Valley Road, singing Christmas songs, with ex Tawhai Students giving lollies to the children in the crowd. To the delight of the staff, parents and students, Tawhai school won the 1st prize for best float, for the third year in a row. Many thanks to Mike Crawford for the use of his truck.
