On Wednesday 10 May (postponement next day) we will be holding our Whole School Cross
Country event.
Years 1-4 races will take place between 9.30 and 10.50am, starting with the Year 2 & 3 students
and finishing with the Year 4s.
Year 5 & 6 will begin at 11.40am after morning tea, starting with the Year 5s and finishing with
the Year 6s. Note that these times are approximate so try to be at school in plenty of time so you
don’t miss your child’s race!

Year 1 (1 Lap)
10:00am Year 1 (younger) Boys
10.10am Year 1 (older) Boys

Year 4 (2 Laps)
10.30am Year 4 Girls
10.40ish Year 4 Boys
Year 5 & 6 (3 Laps)
11.40am Year 5 Girls
11.50am Year 5 Boys
12.00pm Year 6 Girls
12.10pm Year 6 Boys
All students are expected to participate and it would be great to see students being supported
by their whanau to give it a go, as well as students supporting each other.
Could all students please be sent to school with a change of clothes and shoes, so that they
have something dry and warm to put on after their event. Could they also please bring a drink
bottle.
Fingers crossed for some nice fine weather. The postponement date is set for the next day.
