Ngahere & Kereru Hub Assemblies

Posted on by Rosa Stewart

Kia ora e te whānau,

Yet another week has rolled by very quickly and now it’s Friday, time for both our senior hubs to have their certificated assemblies. The Ngahere Hub celebrated their one in the hall with Van & Fletcher stepping into the role of co-presenters. Sam & Hunter were co-presenters for the Kereru Hub assembly Which was held in Ruma Toru.

Mrs Poole as usual was very happy to present the Tumuaki awards for both the hubs. There were also ākonga certificates too!

We had some great sharing of artwork from Ruma Toru as well as some wonderful and descriptive writing from Ruma Whā.

Joel & Jaime were the lucky ākonga drawn out of the box for Ngahere. Rafael & Mac for Kereru.

There was an exciting draw (on the computer wheel!) for those hardworking tamariki who had completed their homework tasks for the week, Oliver, Zoe, & Joshua.

Lastly Ruma Rua & Ruma Rima (a hattrick for them!) were voted the best class of the assembly!

Lovely to spot those who had decided to dress up in green to celebrate St Patricks Day!
