Kia ora e te whānau,
As the term comes to a close at Tawhai Kura, the tamariki have been slowly winding down with either Christmas related activities, playing games, drawing, or outside play! Some of our senior classes organised Christmas parties involving games, secret santa and a shared lunch.
The Kaiako of Rooms 9, 9a, 10, and 16 were so proud of the resilience the tamariki from these rooms showed last week when they were not able to swim at Worser Bay. they thought they deserved to have some water fun back at school for showing this important Tawhai value. They had such a blast together with the senior ākonga from Rooms 3 & 4 and Mr Syph!
