Kia ora e te whānau
We were certainly very blessed with the weather for our day of Matariki celebrations! The classes buddied up to enjoy a day of all sorts of activities, which included craft making, picking harakeke, drawing, painting, icing biscuits, taking part in a Matariki kahoots, and thoroughly enjoying their time together! At lunchtime they got to eat some delicious kai, sausages from the BBQ that our wonderful volunteers, Raewyn, Melissa, Donna, & Lani Cooked up!
