Tawhai School Athletics in Photos!

After a day of rain yesterday, it was wonderful that the grounds were dry enough for Tawhai School to have their annual Athletics Day on Tuesday 20th October!
It was wonderful to see all the Students give every event they took part in a 110%. We witnessed some amazing runs, throws and jumps! Well done to everyone for giving it a go!
Congratulations to the Students who qualified for the Northern Zone Event. They will be notified by Miss Page in due course.

Thanks to all the teachers who were involved in managing the Sprint races or manned all the rotations with help from parents!
The resident photographer is very grateful for the assistance she had from Angela Whitmarsh & Student Holly Buchanan who both took on photographer duties!
It was great to see Mrs Gilmour again! Not only did she come for the day but helped out Mr Syph with the long jump duties!
