Kia Ora whanau,
Thank you so much for the outpouring of love and support as I embark on my new journey and today, attend my last day of teaching for the foreseeable future!
I have absolutely cherished the last 3 1\2 years with my Tawhai family, and have met so many amazing tamariki along the way. Many of you have seen me become a fully registered teacher and become a mum for the first time! I feel so lucky to have met you all and have had always had support which shows the character of our community.
To my wonderful room 9 patchlings- Farmer Vk and Farmer Harris will continue to enjoy spending time in our room and I feel confident I am leaving the class with even better hands! We have had so much fun and grown together and I am excited to watch you all from afar continue your learning journey.
Also a huge thanks to the Tawhai staff, Farmer B, Lynley and Karen especially who have kept me motivated to chase my dream and continue to be the best teacher I can- I would not of had the success I have had without these amazing people!
I will continue to visit and check in with you all and I will be seeing you out in the community, come and say hello 👮🏽
Ka kite whanau, stay safe and be kind!
Farmer S ( Miss Serepisos)
