Kiā ora e te whānau

Lastly it was the turn of our young tamariki in the Horoeka Hub to enjoy coming together for their fortnightly assembly, this time in Room 9.

After singing and signing beautifully to the National Anthem, Mrs Boese was happy to step in again to present the Principal awards and Miss Sissons handed over the student awards. Ka pai to all those who received awards this week.

The tamariki had two more songs that they enjoyed singing along to, one was, Kindness is free and the Pepeha song by Six60.

After the assembly, the whakaahua had the wonderful task of taking our students who had received awards to a favourite spot in the little kids playground so that they could have a picture taken with their certificates!
