Parent Teacher Support Group

The role of the Parent Teacher Support Group (PTSG) is to plan and organise fundraising activities; a vital role as it is necessary to supplement the Ministry grant. Fundraising is essential to ensure that our students have ready access to the best available resources and technology.

The PTSG meets every month, usually on the second Wednesday. If you are interested in being involved in PTSG activities, please contact the school office or email ptsg@tawhai.school.nz.

Should anyone want to pay into the PTSG account by internet banking when there are fundraising activities, here are the account details as follows:PTSG account details are as follows:
Account Name: Tawhai School PTSG
Account Number: 12-3478-0002308-00
Details to be provided:
• Child’s Name
• Child’s Room Number
• Please name the fundraising activity that the money is for

You can also pay for a lot of the PTSG fundraisers through a great app called Kindo. This is our preferred method of payment and we encourage you to set-up your myKindo account today.
Setting up your myKindo account, click on the icon below to register and log in to your myKindo account.
New Users click the ‘create an account’ option to fill in your
contact details and your student’s name.
Registered Users simply enter your email address and
password to log in.
Please be AWARE if you decide to pay via credit card that a pop up will appear to warn you that there is a 2.5% fee involved, therefore a suitable alternative that does not involve fees is PoLi
