The Kopara Hub was the first of the 4 Hubs to have their certificated assembly this week!

Our lovely tamariki started off the assembly with singing and signing to the National Anthem. Everyone noticed how beautifully it was sung and one of our ākonga, Rozcen absolutely put his whole heart and soul into it!

Apart from the Tumuaki & ākonga awards, we were treated to Luna’s wonderfully descriptive writing about her boat!

Kaiako Mrs Treadwell has been teaching Ruma Ono a very uplifting and joyous song called, ‘believe it or not!’ (for those of you that can remember that far back, it was the theme tune to the 80’s ‘Greatest American Hero series’) Everyone thoroughly enjoyed singing the song at assembly.

Lastly James & Manor-Rain were the lucky students drawn out of the Star Box!
